Everyone from cleaners and volunteers to the doctors and nurses were very kind, supportive and caring. Nothing is too much trouble even if a shoulder to cry on was needed they were there every step of the way.

Very thorough, everyone is so lovely! Made grandad feel very special haven't seen him, so cheerful for years and he wouldn't still be here if it wasn't for all of you! Thank you so much!

Everything. Staff are friendly, caring, supportive. Nothing too much trouble, calm, loving environment. Chaplain lovely too. Lots of tea and good food. Very comfortable recliner next to dad's bed I could actually sleep.

We really like coming to the clinic at Folkestone, very happy with everything that our nurse has done.
